The mana bases are as lackluster as theyve ever been, and the printing of the remaining Odyssey filterlands isnt that remarkable given how generally low power those lands are anyway
If it were not for mass removal effects this card would be straight up outstanding but the risk is obviosuly getting it killed incidentally for free while you charge it up and this costing you a card rather than gaining you three as you had hoped
The downside is that the card has a chance of dealing three damage to you on your upkeep, but this downside is far outweighed by the absolutely ludicrous upside
