Its important to have some kind of scale or metric to judge cards, so Id like to direct your attention to Grizzly Bears, a 2/2 for 2 mana

I'm not sure if it was restricted out of fairness, or if they actually thought the card was overpowered at 2 mana (can't imagine the thought process, when crusade and bad moon were fine, but then, they restricted gauntlet of might, so maybe they didn't like red guys getting pumped!) Rukh egg looks fine today, maybe even pretty weak

To sum it up, just download the latest version and copy the files into the folder you already have OR install it into a new folder, and drag your decklists over from the Decks folder from the old one to the new
