For the most part, if your deck competes with a preconstructed deck out of the box, but does not overpower it, chances are that your deck is a Tier 2 deck
Look for ways to grant your spells flash so you can be more reactive with your wraths, overruns, and other sorcery-speed effects
You need to get three mana to play it with, it is vulnerable to removal, and you have to expose it for a turn before you can use it
Keeping it fair is the initial cost of the ability, but that could be only 6 mana on turn four when this might come down
