They are unlikely to deploy one card on their fourth turn that can deal with the Monstrosaur alone, so it's probably good for at least 10 points of damage
(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Raidraptor Spell/Trap in your GY
Foil proxies can look awesome
(Of course, in a world of magic, things that are dead can also come back to haunt you.) This card came about because I wanted to have Oblivion Ring in my set, but I didn't want to repeat it in the large set for the third year in a row
It has no haste, no way to pump itself, and no abilities that help it get through blocking creatures
