Angel of Eternal Dawn is a strange card
While Mangaras first ability may not trigger too often (lifelink on a creature with four toughness makes for an unproductive combat step), playing multiple spells each turn in Commander is a forgone conclusion
Though the card fronts and backs have undergone numerous redesigns over the years (see our UniVersus card back design guide for more insight), its important to know that even the oldest cards, from franchises such as Capcoms Street Fighter and popular webcomic Penny Arcade, are still compatible with more recent sets, such as Cowboy Bebop or Trigun Stampede (pictured above)
That being said, I would actually ban [Card]Saheeli Rai[/Card] over [Card]Felidar Guardian[/Card] as I think the cat could see play without Saheeli and I dont think the statement is the same vice versa
A 3/4 body isnt the best place to be in the format, but its not the worst either especially if you follow him up with a removal spell to start making your zombie army
Sneak Attack can potentially end a game on the spot with the right pile of Tiamat tutors
