Grubs Command Grub's Command does a bunch of things that youd want, although only at sorcery speed

It joins these together through the method of X Spells and various creatures that get +1/+1 counters based on the amount of mana spent

its going to deal 6 to each creature the archenemy controls for four mana which is a sweet spot, especially given it can also draw you cards when youre ahead

Path of Discovery

Improvise lets you tap your artifacts to pay for generic mana costs, making it so you only need to use colored mana from permanents to cast spells

Though this card hasnt made its way into any competitive decks just yet, its a great draw engine for blue Commander decks
