To speed things up, two most useful tools for ramp in this deck are Gauntlet of Power, which will double all your basic land's mana production while also buffing your blue creatures, and Nyx Lotus, which gives you mana equal to your devotion to a chosen color
Sideboard cards define how your matches with Dredge turn out, and most of your sideboard revolves around fighting other decks sideboard cards rather than the decks themselves
