Artifact / Fast Mana As with any Vintage deck, fast artifact mana is important, and as such it's no surprise that we see both Power pieces of Lotus + Mox Ruby here
You maintain card advantage with this Bant commander consistently, even if you dole out extra cards to your foes (friends?)
Good if you have artifact synergies but without this is a filler or a bandaid card for me
Then you can spend six mana ad nauseum to make a 1/1 Soldier creature copy of any artifact you control, like the aforementioned Spine of Ish Sah or Mycosynth Wellspring or even just a Sol Ring or Gilded Lotus
This list will include commanders that allow you to discover
A counterfeiter shows off their hologram on a Damnation Moving up the line, if it gets to the point where fake cards are indistinguishable from real cards (which is the stated goal of counterfeiters and the dream of at least a large portion of the counterfeit community), and once fake cards are widely available and accepted by the community (which is likely to happen if / once they are really indistinguishable from authentic cards, because how could you know if the card you were playing with or against was real or not?), it could be a threat to the very existence of the game
