Making non-creature (non-Aura) enchantments into 3/3 Zombies is cool

That's a very powerful base of creatures from which to draw some serious power

Teferi cards tend to draw cards and this one encourages you to do that and then get rewarded with even more cards

In development, the rest of the development team wasn't as excited by it as I was and didn't feel it was worthy of three cards, so they removed it from the set
