Ghost-types got a decent amount of Megas, but some species that needed them didn't get them, and Banette and Sableye's Megas were effectively replacements for a proper evolution

If you Ritual Summon exactly 1 Level 8 Ritual Monster with a card effect that requires use of monsters, this card can be used as the entire Tribute
Only the player this creature is attacking may activate this ability and only during the declare attackers step
The only main Fusion I can think of using the Token for would be First of the Dragons, Synchro-wise a Level 1 monster is normally pretty good, Tribute Summon-only Tributing eliminates Ritual usage or using it for card effects that require a Tribute cost
