Out of the box, the deck competes on an even playing field with anything else in this tier
With this move I wish Mewtwo's retreat cost wasn't so high because I would get the defending Pokemon asleep as fast as possible then move in a Pokemon like Snorlax who has moves that does more damage if the defending Pokemon is asleep, if somehow I could get retreat costs to be much lower for all Pokemon I would switch back and forth between Mewtwo and another card quite rapidly

Hexplate Wallbreaker is obviously on-theme but the absolute best one in the deck is Breath of Fury: if you have a few rebel tokens without summoning sickness (or have a haste enabler like Roar of Resistance) and an open opponent then you have easy lethal on the entire table with Otharri
Looking at the wording again of the latest trading announcement, it says items must be consumed in order to trade suggesting there will be some kind of currency or item spent as part of the process
