I agree theyre niche, but again theres a Blastoise (front) / MTG (back) misprint that will get auctioned for far far more than what the regular version would
Five mana to pay for a wish/learn effect seems quite bad, but I suppose is forgivable due to its versatility
Lands are essential to playing the game, so why not try to punish your opponents for using them
Also being able to kill X/4 creatures for red decks is huge: cards like Primeval Titan, Tarmogoyf, Deaths Shadow and many more were a nightmare for red based decks, but now you have a very good and versatile tool in Unholy Heat
