You can only summon this card by sacrificing Dark Magician and by using the effects of Time Wizard (only when you successfully win the coin toss portion)

A single box provides enough packs for a group of 4 to 6 players to host their own private draft event

It makes it hard to know if cards will stay legal or illegal, and makes it difficult to understand why certain cards get banned over other ones (I dont think the entirety of R&D would be able to convince me that Gitaxian Probe is more offensive than Thoughtseize, but thats an entirely separate article)
