Once it's face-up, anytime you cast one of the two named creature cards, you can search your deck for the other, reveal it, put it into your hand, and shuffle your library
We intentionally source NM/LP cards however please keep in mind that many of these cards are 30+ years old and may show some wear
At this point you have probably found out how the deck is meant to win in a regular match
Nemona and Youngster mitigate this with drawing cards, as does Jacq with his ability to bring Evolution Pokemon out of your deck but it still feels like theres something missing without the Rare Candy
Every turn you can use it to draw a card and play a free dragon, actions that can get out of control pretty swiftly
Its also just a powerful card if you ignore the activated ability altogether, since its triggered ability just piggybacks off of opponents' extra card draw
