My plan for the deck was fairly simple

Devastation Tide, Raise the Palisade 2 board wipes

If an effect exiles Summon: Esper Maduin and then instructs you to return it to the battlefield, it remains face up in exile (unless that effect instructs you to put it onto the battlefield transformed, in which case it returns as Summon: Esper Maduin)

Izzet Aggro Izzet With Vivi Or Cauldron While most Izzet builds pivoted to Vivi after the banning of Cori-Steel Cutter, most of the Izzet Aggro shell still exists and can do very well against Vivi decks

Blues got the highest density of straight-up unblockable creatures, which are great for carrying swords
