Its a very aggressive Orzhov deck (particularly for Sealed) with a low curve (mostly 2s, some 1s and 3s, only four cards that cost above three mana)

It can get as big as you need it to get to slam into your opponent or their creatures for lots of damage in the late game

They kind of go hand-in-hand for the most part, and while there's still a few non-humans in here, they generally seem fewer overall and fit the theme more (see Conclave Mentor for a solid example here)
