War of the Spark brought some incredibly powerful effects at aggressive mana costs and theyre making their presence known from Standard all the way back to Vintage
But it doesnt hurt anything either
Assuming you didn't time out or die of old age, it was a pretty guaranteed way to win a game of Magic eventually, especially backed by removal and counters
Every time I look at this card, my brain tells me its called Megatrons Fate. I love this cards flexibility, and each effect is solid for the six-mana investment either you destroy the biggest artifact threat on the table and get two-thirds of the mana you invested back in Treasure tokens, or you very likely kill all creatures on the battlefield (outside of Brash Taunter, at least) and each player gets four rad counters, which may or may not be of interest to your deck
While it isn't a foretold spell, Graven Lore lets you scry X number of cards, where X is the amount of snow mana used to cast it, which is a good way of rigging the guess for Alrund and guarantee the draw for, at most, two turns
Same here with Magic and Yugioh
