Sure, they can interact with it as it ticks up, but thats spending removal on something that isnt going to win you the game, which is bad for them

The only downside to this particular deck is that its hard to upgrade it into a really competitive one as Amber/Sapphire is not a particularly strong ink combination right now

The price of the sketchbook versions are almost mirrored to the regular versions, give or take a few cents

I dont often draft aggresive decks, generally preferring synergy pieces, but for once, I really enjoyed jamming one-mana 1/1s with menace

Still though, a sealed booster box of this set will set you back a cool $3,000 and with good reason thanks to notable chase cards such as the eminently powerful ramping tool Grim Monolith, the Squirrel kindred powerhouse Deranged Hermit and artifact recursion machine Goblin Welder
