Most of the noncreature spells can draw cards, so you'll never run out of action in your hand with how many cards you can draw in a turn
While I may like the Mew ex from Pokemon 151s Ultra Premium Collection just as much (despite its considerably cheaper price point), I cant deny that this card looks cool
Plus, this vampire noble is a sacrifice outlet to force a few creature deaths
This is a much more streamlined Psychic deck, and while you might not always start with Wobbuffet, the effect of having it be your main attacker can be absolutely devastating
(However, if it's still in the graveyard at that time, it will count itself, as it is very much a hot card.) If another effect modifies how much damage your hot source would deal, including preventing some of it, the player being dealt damage or the controller of the permanent being dealt damage chooses an order in which to apply those effects
