Eerie Interlude, Flickerwisp, and Ephemerate are all excellent ways to eke out value in the early game (flickering smaller creatures like Wall of Omens), and then dash your opponents hopes later in the game by abusing more powerful effects
But this also created an issue, because a lot of pairings felt like the generals were pulling decks in different directions

**End Aside As exciting as it is to finally see a bunch of sweet new cards in action, its also bittersweet because inevitably, many of those cards that are brimming with promise when theyre revealed fail to live up to expectations
