The aristocrat strategy is based on the ability to sacrifice creatures, so any creatures that can sacrifice themselves are often more important than any other creatures in your strategy (aside from Blood Artist type effects, but green doesnt have that)
And if I offer you one, you might just take a look and say, Ah, no thanks. But if I toss a bunch of candy in a piata and it all spews to the ground on the vessels dramatic destruction, you might just race forward and hoover it all up in the excitement
However, if you do, and that permanent is an illegal target at the time Scrollshift tries to resolve, it won't resolve and none of its effects will happen
But combo it with any of the other four and youll have access to easy creature killers
At 1B I would be rating this at least an 8/10 which demonstrates quite the effect of the restrictive costs
Itd be a lot less if Kindred Dominance ever got a reprint
