As with the other Twilight cards, it seems like waiting to have the mana for X to be five or greater makes the most sense
In my opinion, the strongest things you can do in Mono Red are: "Glass cannon" decks that either quickly pop off and win before opponents can stabilize, like Storm, Krenko, Purphoros, Slicer Crushing nonbasic lands, aka defeating a large chunk of players with a single Blood Moon The problem with these two strengths is that they aren't always the right pick for casual tables
b Magic
Furnace Skullbomb is easily the biggest dud of the bunch, but that's largely due to the lack of good oil counter utility in this set
The ability to cast creature spells without being countered is powerful and its mana effects are especially useful in a tribal deck
Its fun that it uses the new cloak mechanic, providing some additional protection to the creature youre trying to save
