If it so happens that the Vehicle is an equipment (for instance due to Bludgeon Brawl) attached to a creature, it will fall off the creature when it becomes a creature itself
Any new Winota card would have to be less powerful, but theres easy ways to tweak an ability down in this case

Additionally, Anafenza notably states that if a creature would be put in an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, it's exiled instead
If a creature enters with +1/+1 counters on it, consider those counters when determining if evolve will trigger
