East-Mark Cavalier Rating: 4/10 Your white decks are going to want 2-drops and there are likely enough goblins and orcs in the set that this is often a little better than your average 2-drop

Its also a sorcery, so it cant be used in response to an opponent putting a flashback card in their graveyard and flashing it back on their turn

Id want my commander to have a mana value of at least 5 to play this and I wouldnt be really happy until it costs 6 or more
