It is easy to understand if you keep in mind that, mainly when you have Prayer or Tyrant of Blue-Eyes, if you can avoid using Spirit of White, you should avoid using it to make it easier to care for Nibiru
The game plan is reliable, but not boringly simple

Each tapped/life cost ability has somewhat increasingly beneficial effects at the expense of up to four life, from destroy an owned permanent all the way up to proliferating (adding an extra counter to any/all permanents or players that have them already) or drawing a card
If Yugi has a problem with that, at least he can take solace in knowing that Rayquaza is a dragon type, which is weak against other dragons
