That stipulation wont be too much of a problem though, with all the different effects that cost life in Magic, youll sure to be able to trigger it fairly regularly without doing much else
For that hypothetical deck though, Arcbound Shikari will be an allstar
The greatest weakness of the card comes from the sheer card disadvantage you get
Meanwhile Bant gets access to Elspeth Conquers Death and Yasharn, Implacable Earth, the latter of which happens to be quite good against Mono-Green Food should that deck remain popular upon Kaldheim s release
Deaths Shadow is currently the only deck playing Dress Down in the starting 60, but with so many beneficial interactions in the format, some other decks have already started playing the card in the sideboard as well, and I expect the card to continue seeing play
While I wont be so bold to say that you should trade this in for something like Rampant Growth, I will say that more effects like this will be a welcomed inclusion in the format
