This looks very good in the equipment-based deck, though likely a little too weak to see play in other red decks

Time Shifted cards in Time Spiral While I'd say the most iconic card on the sheet was Akroma, Angel of Wrath, I'd think the best card in sheet was Psionic Blast, a cool reprint that dominated Standard and is still a Cube stalwart 2
The play pattern here is pretty straightforward - these cards both have VERY powerful effects for 4 mana, so they are going to get you ahead when they hit the board
Luckily, if your deck is built to handle it (and maybe youve got cards like Kronk, Laid Back), this "tiny" downside wont even make you flinch
