Loxi: I had some fun chat about this with people from my playgroup, and it stumped a lot of us frankly

This one is right down the middle, not the worst, not the best, but it gets huge bonus points for its theme and for actually delivering some playable cards

While I dont think Vivi is on the level of anything currently on the banlist, it does feel like a card that could be central to a future broken deck, especially if Mox Opal becomes part of the equation again

If you like dealing damage, preventing the gaining of life, and like playing lesser-known cards, this one is for you
