It feels like perhaps the bad reputation attached to Kamigawa as a whole dragged some great cards down to undeserved obscurity
Add in a Phyrexian Arena variant that can hit opponents and you're suddenly very interested
Every enchantment replaces itself while the incidental lifegain helps to stabilize the game
In the early game, it makes a steady turn-1 land drop, assuming youve got no 1-mana spells you need to cast, and late game you can pitch it for cheap to draw a card
On top of it, if you deal combat damage to the opponent, you can look at the top of your library and summon Dinosaur creatures revealed onto the battlefield allowing you to create a wide board which might prove to be to difficult for your opponent to deal with
If damage that a source would deal to you can't be prevented, you still put an incarnation counter on Nine Lives
