While it doesnt have any way to protect itself from removal, it can be pretty easily brought back from your graveyard, especially if your deck produces a lot of artifact tokens

This is an absurdly powerful ability and, while its definitely going to find a home in Commander, the low mana value means it could theoretically see play in any format you might find other angels
And when the right target appears, you can sacrifice it to destroy an artifact or enchantment
