Pitiless Carnage is among the more interesting cards that are cheaper to plot than to cast, largely because this shape of the card encourages you to play it in the way where it will be most powerful in practice

This doesn't replace Chaos Warp, as it doesn't hit tokens and only hits two card types, but I do think it's going to see a lot of play, especially in Mono-Red decks where you're always looking for more flexible removal spells
