Normally the most cost-efficient way to get a lot of packs is to buy a full booster box from your LGS

At the minimum six mana you can either draw three cards, have an opponent discard three cards, or give your creatures +3/+0, trample, and haste until end of turn

Personally, I doubt this card will see a huge amount of play outside of players who are super hyped about locations

What would you rather have against basically any of them

This is a great value card that works well in black or Dimir steal decks, but I think is better as an on-curve four-drop than as your actual commander
