Although this blue Mew does not have very much HP, it has a couple of great moves, though trainers will need Lightning, Psychic, and Fire energy to make use of them
These commanders give you more flexibility during a game and often let you switch strategies mid-match

The cost of play is 1 low and there is no experience pressure with a 0 level card
It seems as if this notalgic pattern will remain part of the TCG forever, and that makes sense it's classic.
