Pokemon Card Strategy: So as far as strategy goes, since Hoppip is a basic Pokemon card that has two evolutions in this set, with Skiploom and Jumpluff, I would recommend keeping Hoppip on your bench until you can evolve Hoppip into its stage 1 or stage 2 evolution
