Casting it and immediately exiling a threat is strong, and you can follow that up with more mana or cards and life

I dislike this having the forgettable non-spirit clause on it, but its almost certainly there to keep you and your opponent from bouncing each others Roaming Ghostlights

The first three aren't technically rats, but they are valued allies of rats everywhere
