Halvar, God of Battle / Sword of the Realms This came out when WotC seemed to be trying very hard to make equipment matters a thing (and kinda did, to be honest)
Its probably okay at seven, but might still be pretty scary
If one of those amounts of combat damage is enough to cause the player being dealt damage to lose the game, Angel of Destiny's first triggered ability has you gain life, but the other player has already lost the game and can't gain life

Its fairly certain this kit will go out of the release of Rise of the Floodborn on November 17th
While its more expensive than Panharmonicon , the addition of an instant spell that can copy your activated or triggered abilities is quite nice and I think it helps justify the increased cost
