This was almost always game-winning in Standard, and is only barely weaker in Commander
This three-mana Planeswalker is ludicrously powerful, as it's easy to make a token copy using the casualty mechanic that can activate its ultimate ability straight away
They also have eminence, Whenever another nontoken Wizard enters the battlefield under your control, if Inalla, Archmage Ritualist is in the command zone or on the battlefield, you may pay one mana
