I personally like Tasha, the Witch Queen because it lets you play with your opponents cards, but Baba Lysaga, Night Witch works nicely for Halloween since it asks you to use your graveyard for value
Problem is, I dont think any of her abilities are that powerful

in particular is more useful than you might think, just because there are more ways for good creatures such as landcyclers or saga creatures to end up in your graveyard
This means you can choose to have the land enter tapped or untapped
Theres going to be waves of the regular decks out there, and if they pop up at Costco the way LOTR decks did, I will absolutely pick those up for cheap, but the plan right now is to focus on the surge foils as people are cracking decks for singles
