Counter-based Commander decks in Blue should definitely consider this card

If we were to judge cards in this ranking by their power/budget ratio, Skullclamp would most likely be #1

Don't get me wrong, this is a reasonable threat, being a 5/6 flyer

If I am playing a Landfall deck, that number would be higher

Regardless of how effective they may each have been on their own, Id say these mechanics together at least let us understand the goals Wizards has in mind when designing multiplayer mechanics
