So knowing this about Volbeat and actually looking at this card, this card can definitely do some damage very quickly and for little energy, so if I were building a grass type deck, I would definitely give some consideration on using this card in a deck
One can see from the photos above that while the original images shared online imply the sheet is only a quarter sheet, it is actually a full-sized one that has been folded into quarters
However, I dont think the deck will see too much tournament play
Also, all cards in their hand are either bricks or 2k counter and the only card that can unbrick their hand is queen
Until you have a bunch of things in play you don't really want to start using your resources
