These Pokemon are the core of every good deck, but pulling them is really difficult, and potentially really expensive
As far as strategy goes I would recommend using a card that allows you to move one energy card from one Pokemon to another that way I could use Reflect Energy every turn and at the same time attach an energy card to another Pokemon in the same turn
Having an overcosted front side isn't necessarily a deal-breaker for a battle, assuming the backside is worth a worthwhile payoff and it's easy to flip
Monster Manual is trying to end the game in short order and the gameplay isnt especially good, so I would generally only recommend it for high-powered Cubes, but its good enough to hang in those environments
