You can force that by maximizing Soul Charge and Kuribandit, but then that only serves to make your opening hands more inconsistent, because having 2 of either of those cards is generally a bad thing

They are more color-intensive, so they can only be cast in a limited variety of Commander decks, but in return, they can destroy a wider variety of targets than mono-colored removal spells can

Each player cannot attack on their first turn, and characters cant attack on the same turn they are played

There is some planning needed to play a lot of these powerful cards, but they are well worth the effort
