Theoretically, this card helps any of Mavericks bad matchups because being able to tutor up random non-green silver bullets like Sanctum Prelate or Ethersworn Canonist is really strong, but I think it will be too slow for it to matter against the decks where those cards are good

Lullmage Mentor can really churn out tokens in this deck, and eventually, you can even use them to counter spells for you

The fact that you can protect everything is a big plus in Interludes favour, but more often than not, you want your things back straight away to take advantage of them and their abilities

This deck has tons of ways to put creatures into play to build up your counters quickly with your commander
