Cecil Harvey (Tymna the Weaver) Rating: 6/10 Tymna the Weaver power level is somewhat held back by the fact that you only have one opponent in Limited, but that doesnt stop it completely
Archon of Cruelty quickly found a home in Legacy reanimator decks, where you can use cards like Entomb to put it from your library into your graveyard, and then bring it back in the same turn with Reanimate
