The Storm deck first started to take shape when a player by the name of Mike Kryzwicki put together a deck built to abuse Lion's Eye Diamond, Yawgmoth's Will, Burning Wish, and most importantly, Mind's Desire

1 Green for a 0/2 with flying that creates a Food Token when it enters, creates as many Food Tokens as you like for 2 mana, and allows you to add one mana to your pool if you sacrifice a Food is indeed a great deal

And there is no requirement to use any mana

Even if there's an emphasis on speed, this deck can feel like a bit of a slow-burn, especially if you can't draw the right cards
