At a certain point, it was getting clear we were occasionally suffering from the flood/screw problem that hits plenty of decks that dont have strong card selection elements

Because theres a slot in each pack for the unique Jumpstart rare, you get a guaranteed pull of that card in the appropriate color deck

So why not punish people for playing the most expensive and powerful noncreature spells
