Having both on the same card will, at least most of the time, set all players back to nearly the beginning of the game

I don't know for sure how good this will be, but I'm optimistic that it will work really nicely to turn my proliferate triggers into a source of mana so I can more easily pump out big creatures like Avenger and Craterhoof

I like this, it means you can not "power game" your way through by tooling up, and sometimes you have have another item that does the job you need better, so it becomes a hard choice of swapping it out, as if you replace it, its discarded
Whether they experienced it by playing the games, watching the anime series, reading the manga, or collecting the trading cards, you would be hard pressed to find a kid that grew up in the late 1990s and early 2000s who wasn't somehow affected by Pokmon
