Instead of leaving a creature behind, Briefing digs for the card to be "flashed back." Briefing also doesn't target, so Surgical Extraction isn't a clean answer and Scavenging Ooze is less effective

Scrying for 2, drawing a card, fetching a basic, and flipping a creature from the top of your deck into play with +1/+1 counters and hexproof are all things that I'd love to doand are much stronger than some of the other rooms from AFR (such as draining for one life)
Doesnt cast Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, Nissas sorcery ramp spells, or Evolutionary Leap, but great at casting Whisperwood Elemental, Oblivion Sower, and Dragonlord Atarka
