Love this addition to the canon of Commander stuff

Medicine Runner ( Shadowmoor ) Originally this card removed a -1/-1 counter, but in a desire to both interact better with the Lorwyn block as well as the past in general, we decided that letting it remove any type of counter just made it a better card

However, they are still more likely to appear than a Crown card

Of course, being a cast trigger does stop some inevitable combo potential, but this is modern card design Wizards has learned from the past when it comes to stopping white combo cards
