Getting Kosei enchanted, equipped, and with a +1/+1 counter on it (fulfilling all the mods of Concord with the Kami) wont be easy, but it sure will be rewarding when you do
The card is mainly collectible due to its unique Secret Rare numbering, though it may hold some playability in Japanese formats
Clearly from a flavor perspective it makes total sense, and since this is a top-down design that isnt at all overpowered, it seems fine by me

I thought Oubliette had another fun synergy with Remove Enchantments, because it has the same rather weird wording as Tawnoss Coffin: The creature you remove with Oubliette keeps counters on, until it returns to play once Oubliette is removed somehow
